Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you and Acots Corporation, DLF Forum, Phase 3, Cybercity, Gurugram, Haryana 122002, India, which operates the Growthmodo brand ("Growthmodo", "we", "us", or "our").

By requesting an audit, engaging our services, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Growthmodo helps companies improve what happens after paid traffic clicks. Work may include landing pages, quizzes, advertorials, qualification journeys, comparison experiences, testing systems, and related measurement needed to understand whether conversion work creates value.

Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are confirmed in writing before paid work begins. A conversion audit does not obligate you to purchase additional services.

When engaging Growthmodo, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to the website, analytics, and relevant technical systems
• Designate a point of contact for questions and approvals
• Review and approve experiments within agreed timelines
• Ensure advertising and data collection practices comply with applicable laws and platform policies

You remain responsible for all advertising decisions, campaign content, and compliance with Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platform policies. Growthmodo does not replace your media buying team.

Paid services are invoiced according to the agreement signed before work begins.

Ongoing partnership work requires a minimum commitment period as stated in your service agreement. Either party may terminate according to the notice period in your contract.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables created specifically for you under a paid engagement become yours upon full payment. Growthmodo retains ownership of its methodologies, templates, tools, and pre-existing materials.

Growthmodo does not guarantee specific advertising performance outcomes, conversion rate improvements, or revenue results. Conversion work can improve the buying experience. Media performance depends on many factors outside our control.

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
